If you receive a plant that is damaged during transit we are here to assist you. Please follow the guidelines below for returning a damaged product.

Within the day of delivery please contact our customer support team to report the damage. When contacting us please provide your order number, a description of the damage and  clear photos or videos of unboxing showing the damaged plant or product. This will help us to start the return process quickly. Please contact with us to discuss on different options of returning plants such as easy replacement or 50% off on next purchase.

You can return non-plant product within 3 days of the delivery date. Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging. If you want to return any products with get price option please contact with our customer support team for discussion. In case of any exception we will always support customers and we will ensure that they get  better experience. Please follow the steps to get an easy and hassle free return.

• When you're ready to unbox your much-anticipated delivery from Bharat Vumi, we'd love for you to capture the moment with a video.
• Position your camera so that both the package and its contents are clearly visible and in focus.
• As you unwrap your package, keep the camera rolling. Take your time to carefully inspect each item, even if everything seems perfect.
• Remember, this video is important to us, even if no issues are found during the unboxing.
• If any concerns arise while using your gardening products, capture those moments too. We value your feedback and may request both the unboxing and usage videos for any necessary exchanges or returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method and for users that have done COD will get there refund through NEFT/IMPS after providing bank details, within 7 business days.

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel your order at any time before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
